These terms explain the basic rules for using the Wishvelope private beta. Operator details and country-specific provisions will be completed with legal review before public launch.
The service
Wishvelope lets you create a named digital envelope with a message, photo, original music and shareable link. The free basic version requires no account, but it does require a valid contact email and explicit acceptance before submission. Premium features are not yet available.
Your content declaration
Each time you submit, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every photo, message and other item; and that it contains no illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, non-consensual intimate or child-harming material. You are responsible for your content, but this declaration does not remove Wishvelope's obligations under applicable law.
Prohibited use
Illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, deceptive or malicious content is prohibited, as is content that identifies people without permission. Spam, automated bulk creation and attempts to bypass security controls are also prohibited.
Shared links
A gift link is not a secret password. Anyone who has it can view and reshare the content. Only the creator should keep the private edit link; anyone who has that link can edit or delete the gift.
Beta availability
The beta service may change, experience interruptions or be withdrawn. Gift links are not guaranteed to remain stored forever. Keep your own copy of important photos and text.
Review, removal and limits
Submissions may be checked before publication using automated tools and/or human review. We may decline publication, remove or re-review content, apply creation limits or suspend access. When a submission is rejected, we will provide a brief reason where reasonably possible.
Reports
Potential violations may be reported from the gift page. A reported gift may be temporarily unavailable until review is complete. The reporting tool must not be used for malicious, deceptive or bulk reporting; our decisions are based on a manual assessment of the content and context.
Premium
The displayed Premium price is planned one-gift pricing and is not yet an offer for sale. Price, tax, refund and delivery terms will be presented before payments begin.
